1. ADD your new listing: Fill in this form below to have your free listing added to our database. Only your name, city, and state are required. You may add up to 100 words of information about yourself in your description of your services. We will review and approve the information before posting your listing on our web sites. Your listing will appear alphabetically in your business category for your state.

2. After you submit your listing information, you will be given the opportunity (no obligation) to sign up as a paid "Premium" advertiser. But there is no charge for a basic listing in our online directory.

3. UPDATE your current listing: If you have already submitted your listing, you may update it by submitting your new, corrected information in the form below, with a note to us in the description box that it is an update.

4. UPGRADE your regular free listing to a "Premium" listing. The cost is only $99.00 for one year (12 months). These are the differences in the listing types (with examples shown below):

"Free" listing: name, address, map (if applicable). Your name is placed alphabetically below all "Premium" listings.

"Premium" listing: name, address, map link, telephone, email, web site link, photo or logo, and description of your services. Plus your listing will be placed alphabetically at the top of your business category.

You may pay by one of the following methods:

• Credit Card - You can telephone Harris Internet Services, Inc. at 630-563-9740 with your credit card information. You may also fax this form to 630-359-4387 with your info.
• PayPal - You may click the "Buy Now" or the "Payment Plan" button below to become a "Premium" advertiser today.
• Check - Checks will only be accepted for the annual payment plan ($99) not the three monthly payments of $33.00 plan. The check can be made out to Harris Internet Services, Inc. and mailed to 496 W. Saint Charles Rd. Elmhurst, IL 60126.
